It is not uncommon for us to have experienced one of these types of abuse in our lifetimes.  Increasingly, our understanding of trauma and how these types of abuse may lead to us holding trauma in our bodies means that we need a therapist or a guide to help take us through a whole process of understanding and gently unpicking the trauma that binds us into certain ways of being.

Whilst this work can be challenging, the therapy will move at your pace, so as not to retraumatise you, and if need be we will work alongside other professionals to assist in your recovery.
