We all experience periods of loss and bereavement.  This could be the loss of a partner through the end of a relationship, or the ending of a friendship. It could be a bereavement of a parent or a grandparent, or somebody very close to us.

Using skills to help you understand the stages of grief after a major loss, my work will help to hopefully take you through these stages, bit by bit, so that you can come out the other end of these mourning processes and hopefully learn from them too.
