How we relate is at the core of the human experience. Given that we may well have grown up in a childhood whereby relationships were fraught with problems, how we translate that into the workplace or into interpersonal relationships can often be hindered and quite problematic.
Maybe we do not know how to relate to our manager; maybe we are very shy when we enter into the workplace; maybe we are more reserved that we want to be.
Therapy can help us to understand how we relate, what is our relationship pattern and, if we are not comfortable with that, how we can develop this, and other skills and tools, so that we can relate in a more complete way with others around us.
